Returns & Exchanges

Netflix Shop offers a 30-day window from the date of delivery to return or exchange items that are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain exclusive collectibles and final sale items may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized shipping location or carrier drop box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
